Virginia State Employee Chooses Termination Over Compliance to Government Vaccine Mandate

Like so many who have complied with the early stages of government regulated mandates, Nancy Orr, an executive assistant at Richmond’s Library of Virginia found out that her stand to make her own medical decisions came at the price of her job!
Orr told reporters: “Like many people at the beginning of this, I wore a mask, and tried to honor what they were recommending.” After contracting COVID-19 in December of 2020, Orr consulted her physician, Leland Stillman, and was prescribed ivermectin, which she described as reducing her systems within hours, according to The Epoch Times. Stillman told reporters “Orr was one of many patients he had prescribed ivermectin beginning last year, “with great results.”
Nancy Orr is a perfect representation of the choice that we all face: to comply, or not to comply. Since Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam’s August executive mandate order requiring Virginia state employees to show proof of vaccination or be tested weekly, Orr was quoted by The Epoch Times as stating: “I just realized that if I chose a medical exemption, I would be validating or even declaring participation by declaring my vaccine status, and it’s simply none of their damn business,” Orr said. “It’s private medical information, and just because someone issues an executive order, that doesn’t make it legal, and it certainly doesn’t make it moral or ethical.”
