If the Pfizer Vaccine Is Safe, Why Are They Demanding Indemnification?

This is the million-dollar question that many people rarely take the time to ask. Just last year in New Delhi, indemnification was at the center of news topics when a volunteer in the Covishield clinical trials sued the Pune-based Serum Institute of India (SII). Allegedly, it was claimed that SII’s vaccine resulted in “neurological and psychological” side-effects, according to an Indian news source, ThePrint. The vaccine manufacturer pushed back with a dismissal stating the claim was “malicious and misconceived.” SII also filed a defamation suit in return while raising the demand for all vaccine manufacturers to have indemnity “against all lawsuits,” according to India Today.
To date, Pfizer has secured indemnity in the US, the UK, and several other countries. Also, the vaccine manufacturer Moderna is demanding indemnity as well. In fact, according to Dr. Robert Malone (Inventor of mRNA Vaccines and RNA as a Drug), Pfizer will not sell you vaccines unless you waive liability!
This raises the question: If these are fully safe vaccines, what are they so scared about?
