House Speaker Pelosi’s Son Paul Pelosi Hired by Several Firms Currently Under Investigation for Alleged Fraud
According to the New York Post, “Paul Pelosi Jr., the son of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, has reportedly been linked to at least five business entities under investigation by authorities for alleged fraud.” A Daily Mail exclusive report added, “The 52-year-old Paul Pelsoi Jr., the only son of Nancy and Paul Pelosi Sr., was hired by several firms that were subject to both federal and state probes, and meanwhile has “connections to a host of fraudsters, rule-breakers and convicted criminals,” although he has never been charged himself.”
In February Pelosi Jr. was hired as vice president by InfoUSA based in Omaha. The Iowa Attorney General’s Office investigated the company several years before Pelosi Jr. was hired for allegedly selling consumer data to fraudsters. The allegations surrounded a scam in which consumer data was used to scam sick and gullible elderly people out of money. Ironically, the probe on InfoUSA, which was founded by Vin Gupta (Major Donor to Former President Bill Clinton), was launched after “Gupta was sued by shareholders who allege he misused company funds to fly Bill and Hillary Clinton on private corporate jets,” according to a Corruption Buzz article.
Is it just a coincidence that Pelosi Jr. also joined the ranks of other companies like Natural Blue Resources Inc, reportedly owning more than 10 million shares of the company, of which the SEC alleged that it was being secretly run by two convicted fraudsters, or FOGFuels of which the company’s founder, Paul Marshall, was charged by the SEC for allegedly stealing $3 million from elderly, or Targeted Medical Pharma of which Pelosi Jr. quit after seven months and a year later the Food and Drug Administration accused the company of testing drugs on people without authorization, or Oroplata Resources of which executives allegedly issued $26 million worth of fraudulent shares and then awarded some of them to themselves and others without board approval? We think you get the point.
One thing is for sure, Pelosi Jr. learned well from his mother, Nancy Pelosi! He appears to have mastered the art of not getting caught but his close ties with companies underneath a cloud of allegations certainly raises questions.
