Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene Introduces the Congressional Voting Accountability Act

With so many RINOs remaining silent these days, it’s often difficult for true American patriots to get news about America-first legislation coming out of D.C. On March 8th Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene introduced the “Congressional Voting Accountability Act,” legislation aimed at ending the practice of passing legislation by voice vote within the House of Representatives.

This act eliminates all forms of proxy/remote voting, and requires all members to vote either yes or no on every question before the House,” according to the press release on Greene’s page

Congresswoman Greene issued the following statement with the introduction of the Congressional Voting Accountability Act:

“For too long the Uniparty in Congress has escaped accountability for actions that destroy the American way of life by passing legislation in an empty chamber with no Members on record.

The people of Northwest Georgia sent me to Washington to hold Congress accountable for its actions. Legislation affecting the entire nation should not pass the House without a recorded vote. Constituents have a right to know how their Representative voted.

It is critical for our country that the people have the right information about the individuals they elect to represent them. It is time that we put people over politicians and the Congressional Voting Accountability Act helps do just that.”
