Biden Regime Announced New Policy Removing Judges from the Asylum Process for Illegal Immigrants
Right in our faces and behind closed doors from “we the people,” Biden’s evil regime unveiled new procedures to handle asylum claims at the U.S. southern border. According to the Huffpost, “The rules empower asylum officers to grant or deny claims, an authority that has been limited to immigration judges for people arriving at the border with Mexico.” Previously, asylum officers were only responsible for doing the initial screenings for asylum and other forms of humanitarian relief for border arrivals.
Biden’s new rule will not only encourage more illegal immigration, but “it will grant asylum officers the same authority as a judge” within the asylum process, according to one report. According to the New York Times, “Asylum seekers will have their claims evaluated by asylum officers instead of overburdened immigration judges under a new policy aimed at greatly shortening the process.”
We are undergoing a full-scale invasion and it just got worse! Sadly, the mainstream media is calling this change an overhaul of the asylum system while refusing to even report on it.
