Another Democrat Bites the Dust!!

Democrat Jon Ossoff was defeated by the Republican Karen Handel for a Georgia House seat on Tuesday, opening the way for the first of many more victories that we can expect during the President Donald Trump era.
Georgia’s 6th Congressional District has historically leaned heavily Republican, and it was refreshing to see that President Trump’s approval had a positive impact on the race. Handel won over Ossoff by 5 percentage points in what main stream media has been described as the most expensive House race in history.
Since President Trump took office, the Dems have lost every special Congressional election. This is surely a cause worth celebrating which follows the Republican won seats in Kansas, Montana, and South Carolina. Since Hillary Clinton lost the seat in Georgia by only 1 percent in the 2016 presidential race, Democrats were licking their chops for a win with Dem. Jon Ossoff.
Karen Handel, a Businesswoman, will take the seat vacated when Tom Price was appointed Health and Human Service Secretary. Keeping in line with President Trump’s agenda, Handel ran as an anti-abortion candidate who wants to repeal and replace Obamacare and strengthen the country’s borders, according to her campaign website.
What a breath of fresh air! In this politically hostile environment of President bashing by the liberal media, we surely need more promising candidates who support President Trump’s agendas. President Trump tweeted that Georgia’s special congressional election was a “Big R Win” as late results seemed to indicate a runoff in the race led by an upstart Democrat who raised more than $8.3 million from across the country and some $23 million from his Democratic cohorts. President Trump wrote on Tuesday night, “Despite outside money, FAKE media support and eleven Republican candidates, Big ‘R’ win with runoff in Georgia. Glad to be of help!”
Ok folks, let’s keep cleaning the Swamp up one vote at a time.
