When Will Soros-Linked Organizations and Judges Attempting to Stop the Deportation of Illegal Alien Gang Members Be Deemed Criminal Enterprises?

A law firm closely associated with George and Alexander Soros's network of left-wing nonprofits and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) is leading a lawsuit to stop President Donald Trump from using the Alien Enemies Act to deport illegal alien gang members from the United States, according to Breitbart News.
Over the weekend, the Trump administration began utilizing the Alien Enemies Act to deport illegal alien gang members to El Salvador in compliance with an agreement with President Nayib Bukele. The agreement allows the United States to bring foreign gang members to the country for imprisonment in a mega-prison for an annual fee.
Shortly after Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act and loaded nearly 300 illegal alien gang members linked to MS-13 and Tren de Aragua, two designated terrorist organizations, onto deportation flights to El Salvador, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and Democracy Forward filed a lawsuit against the administration.
A lawsuit has been filed against the Trump administration for purportedly using the Alien Enemies Act to justify the potential expulsion of five illegal immigrants who are being held by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on gang-related allegations.
Since then, a federal judge has ordered Trump to stop these deportations. According to the administration, when the directive was given, the gang members who were supposed to fly to El Salvador over the weekend had already reached the country.
Democracy Forward, which has close financial ties to the Soros network, is helping the ACLU defend illegal aliens who are opposing the Trump administration.
Left-leaning organizations like the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Color of Change, UnidosUS, Common Justice, the Center for American Progress, and the National Immigration Law Center are among its numerous collaborators and clients.
The Open Society Foundation, chaired by Alexander Soros, the son of billionaire George Soros, has provided funds to several Democracy Forward clients and partners. For example, Color of Change received approximately $1.5 million in financing from the Open Society Foundation in 2018 and 2019 before receiving a $3 million grant in 2023.
Similarly, and perhaps most significantly, the Open Society Foundation is one of the largest donors to the Center for American Progress, considered the unofficial policy wing of the Democratic Party. In 2023 alone, the Open Society Foundation provided more than $4 million in grant funding to the Center for American Progress. In a similar vein, the Open Society Foundation has contributed millions to the National Immigration Law Center and hundreds of thousands to UnidosUS, Common Justice, and the Catholic Legal Immigration Network.
Democracy Forward and the American Civil Liberties Union have now requested a federal court to look into whether the Trump administration ignored the judge’s order to stop deporting illegal alien gang members. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said the instruction was not made because the administration did not follow it, but rather after the deportation flights were finished. "There is no conflict between the written order and the administration's actions," Leavitt said in a statement.
In addition, she stated, "The President's conduct of foreign affairs, his authority under the Alien Enemies Act, and his core Article II powers to remove foreign alien terrorists from U.S. soil and repel a declared invasion are generally outside the jurisdiction of federal courts, as the Supreme Court has repeatedly made clear." "An aircraft carrier carrying foreign terrorists who were physically expelled from U.S. soil cannot be controlled by a single judge in a single city."
Billionaire George Soros has invested at least $50 million in electing numerous "social justice" prosecutors nationwide over the last ten years. More than one in five Americans, or well over 70 million individuals, are represented by these district attorneys, who frequently advocate for anti-police and pro-criminal legislation. The funding, connections, and activities of Soros prosecutors are monitored in this report.
With a clearly traceable money map of Soros-funded entities, the question remains, “When will Soros-linked organizations and judges attempting to stop the deportation of illegal alien gang members be deemed criminal enterprises?”
