After Just Two Months Under Kash Patel The FBI Captures Third Fugitive on Its Most Wanted List

Since President Donald Trump took office, the FBI has apprehended its third fugitive from the "Ten Most Wanted Fugitives" list, according to Director Kash Patel. Patel attributed these arrests in large part to the administration's assistance to law enforcement.

The FBI, according to statements by its director Kash Patel, has successfully captured its third fugitive from the "Ten Most Wanted Fugitives" list since President Donald Trump took office. Patel praised the Department of Justice and Attorney General Pam Bondi for their efforts in a post that he made on X on Tuesday night. He acknowledged that the recent success could be linked to a revitalized law enforcement strategy.

Patel made the statement that "this is what happens when you let good cops be good cops at the same time." The new FBI and Attorney General Bondi are receiving the resources they need to complete their work, and this administration is not going to stop them. Patel did not disclose the identity of the most recent fugitive that was apprehended; nevertheless, the news came just a few hours after he confirmed the arrest of Francisco Javier Roman-Bardales, who is believed to be a key leader of MS-13.

On Monday, Bardales was brought into jail in Mexico, and he is scheduled to be deported to the United States of America. As a result of his suspected participation in organizing MS-13 actions across the United States of America, Mexico, and El Salvador, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) had been offering a reward of $250,000 for information that led to his capture.

According to Patel, "I can now confirm that last night, working with the Justice Department and other interagency partners, the FBI has extradited one of our 'Ten Most Wanted' from Mexico. This individual, Francisco Javier Roman-Bardales, is someone we believe to be a key senior leader of MS-13." The most recent arrest came not long after Mexico handed up more than 29 cartel members to the United States of America.

Among those who were extradited was Rafael Caro Quintero, a prominent drug trafficker who was wanted for his role in the 1985 murder of a Drug Enforcement Administration agent. The Trump administration has made it a top priority to crack down on violent crime and international criminal organizations. As a result, federal agencies have been given increased resources to bring dangerous fugitives to justice. Donald Eugene Fields II, who was 60 years old at the time, was taken into custody by a law enforcement officer in Florida during a routine traffic check in January, making him the first "Most Wanted" fugitive person to be apprehended under the administration.
