President Trump Puts DEI Deep State Swamp Dwellers on Pink-Slip Notice!

In order to prepare for widespread layoffs for the “Deep State Swamp Dwellers,” who introduced the DEI ideology into government offices, President Donald Trump put all federal diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) employees on leave at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday (Jan. 22, 2025).

Following an executive order from President Trump, all federal employees serving in DEI posts were placed on leave by the end of the workday on Wednesday, according to a memo from the Office of Personnel Management. All agency funding for DEI activities is being cut.

The memorandum instructs agencies to distribute notices to all employees regarding the closures and requests that they report any attempts to conceal the programs. It also specifies the elimination of all outward-facing DEI media, such as websites and social media.

The memo's proposed language, which characterizes the programs as having "separated Americans by race, wasted government resources, and resulted in disgraceful discrimination," may be used to inform employees of their paid administrative leave, which will take effect immediately.

The draft letter to staff goes on, "We are aware of efforts by some in government to obfuscate these initiatives by utilizing coded or imprecise terminology." "Please notify all facts and circumstances to DEIAtruth@opm.gov within 10 days if you are aware of any change in any personnel position description or contract description since November 5, 2024 to disguise the relationship between the contract and DEIA or similar beliefs."

According to the letter, there will be no negative penalties for timely reporting, but they will begin after 10 days. Another letter advises DEI staff that they are not to report to work or perform any activities during administrative leave, and their email access will be suspended. The OPM also urged agencies to terminate all DEI trainings and suspend any connected contractors.

By Thursday at noon, each agency must disclose all DEI offices, staff, and contracts to the OPM. On January 31, by 5:00 p.m., agencies must produce a "reduction-in-force" plan for all DEI personnel, implying that those staff will eventually be terminated.

President Trump’s swift actions are in lockstep with decisive directives echoed during his inauguration address to the nation to establish a merit-based system.

According to a report from The Federalist, President Trump's DEI executive order and OPM instruction can potentially be combined with the president's rescinding of executive order 11246, an affirmative action policy enacted by President Lyndon B. Johnson.


Roughly 60 years after the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, critical and influential institutions of American society, including the Federal Government, major corporations, financial institutions, the medical industry, large commercial airlines, law enforcement agencies, and institutions of higher education, have adopted and actively use dangerous, demeaning, and immoral race- and sex-based preferences under the guise of so-called ‘diversity, equity, and inclusion’ (DEI) or ‘diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility’ (DEIA) that can violate the civil-rights laws of this Nation.

Illegal DEI and DEIA policies not only violate the text and spirit of our longstanding Federal civil-rights laws, they also undermine our national unity, as they deny, discredit, and undermine the traditional American values of hard work, excellence, and individual achievement in favor of an unlawful, corrosive, and pernicious identity-based spoils system. Hardworking Americans who deserve a shot at the American Dream should not be stigmatized, demeaned, or shut out of opportunities because of their race or sex.

The attorney general is to submit recommendations regarding the enforcement of civil rights law on private sector adherents to DEI ideology, which includes corporations, non-profits, state and local bars, medical associations, and colleges and universities with endowments exceeding $1 billion, in accordance with the directive in that order.
