Democrat House Kills Bill to Declassify COVID-19 Origin
In what can only be described as a nefarious cover-up agenda, the House Democrats have blocked the consideration of legislation which would have required the U.S. Director of National Intelligence to declassify information and data involving the origins of COVID-19. Alarmingly, the Democrats specifically blocked the very legislation that could provide answers to the role that the Wuhan Institute of Virology played in the China Virus outbreak!
The May, Senate Republican backed COVID-19 Origin Act was unanimously passed in the Senate. On Tuesday night the Democrats voted it down after it was brought to the floor by Rep. Michael Burgess (R-Texas). Rep. Brad Wenstrup (R-Ohio), who contributed to bringing the bill to the floor, said “The bill first establishes that we must identify the precise origins of COVID-19 because it is critical for preventing a similar pandemic in the future.”
Despite common sense proposals which noted the importance of identifying the origins of COVID-19, it’s appalling that Colorado Democrats Dianna DeGette, Ed Perlmutter, Joe Neguse, and Jason Crow all voted against the bill. What are Democrats afraid of?
