$347 Million Federal Contract Exposed by Whistleblower

During an undercover investigation, James O'Keefe had a conversation with a General Services Administration (GSA) whistleblower and contract specialist. To carry unaccompanied migrant children around the nation like commodities, the government agency has started awarding large contracts. In sanctuary cities around the nation, the kids are being used as leverage, which will eventually force them to reunite with their sponsors and illegal alien guardians.

"When I learned that GSA had given a contract to a company to transport unaccompanied minors, that was my line in the sand moment," GSA Senior Contract Specialist Clarissa Rippee told James O'Keefe during a formal interview.

The document, "Performance Work Statement: Unaccompanied Children Transportation and Logistics," from the Administration for Children and Families Office of Refugee Resettlement, was supplied by the whistleblower.

"Large-scale transportation capabilities with the capacity to convey up to 1,000 unaccompanied youngsters within 48 hours" are described in the document. Within a 24-hour period, the contractor must provide "commercial air flights, charter flights, or charter buses" to take the kids to their sponsors.

“The GSA, acting on behalf of the federal government, awarded a huge $347 million contract to a private security contractor called MVM to move unaccompanied youngsters strategically across the nation like commodities,” Rippee continued. MVM has connections to Homeland Security, the FBI, the CIA, and the NSA.

When Ripee saw the contract, she described the feeling as "like someone kicked me in the belly." She claims that this fabricated migrant crisis is actually a "huge money enterprise." Rippee reiterated, "Once you know, you cannot unknow," and said the children are exposed to appalling conditions and handled "like potato chips on a truck."

Taxpayer-funded Staffing Services to Relocate Children to Influence Future Elections

The invasion is made possible by this taxpayer-funded effort via retooled staffing agencies. Once utilized to support the federal government during wars abroad, these staffing organizations are now offering domestic services to help with the mass transfer of children.

In order to strategically transfer the children in cities and small towns across the country, the federal government contracts with the staffing firms to provide private security, transportation, and other services. The children are housed in unmarked, recently built hotels, such as this one in Chicago, while they are in transit.

GardaWorld and other private securities businesses are protecting the migrants. These activities have resulted in the anonymous relocation of at least 320,000 illegal alien children into American cities, leaving them missing. Who knows what groups and individuals are obtaining these youngsters who are at risk?

The current Democratic Administration is creating a crisis and using children as pawns in a risky political power struggle that exposes vulnerable children to humanitarian abuses, but it is impossible to predict whether these illegal aliens will ultimately vote for Democrats in future elections.
