COVID-19 Vaccinations Declared Legal by the Department of Justice
If you need more proof that Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) is just as illegitimate as Biden himself look no further than the DOJ’s recent comments on vaccine mandates! According to the Biden DOJ, the federal law doesn’t prohibit public and private agencies from requiring vaccines for employees. The DOJ issued this alarming opinion in a letter drafted on July 26 by the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel:
“numerous educational institutions, employers, and other entities across the United States have said they will require some individuals to be vaccinated against the virus as a condition of employment, participation, benefit, service, or relationship. certain schools will require vaccination in order for students to attend class in person, and certain employers will require vaccination as a condition of employment.”
While there are many questions about the legality of the DOJ’s opinion about vaccine mandates, the current and uncontested conclusion is that federal law concerning the FDA’s emergency use authorization (EUA) does not stop public or private entities from imposing vaccine mandates.
The DOJ’s statement appears to leave the door open for federal agencies to now make China Virus vaccines a requirement for employees. Rutgers University along with Carnegie Hall in Manhattan are the first to mandate both employees, students, performers, and audience members to provide proof of vaccination before entering their facilities. Sentiments of this mandate are now being echoed throughout various Democrat governed states.
